I was adopted from China and grew up in Michigan before moving to Pittsburgh two years ago to attend medical school at the University of Pittsburgh. Since moving here, I have enjoyed exploring the city’s many coffee shops and ran my first half marathon here!
I have also had the wonderful opportunity to serve as a mentor through Teen Connections. Being part of this community has been both meaningful and incredibly fun, and I have learned so much from the teens and my fellow mentors. I look forward to carrying these lessons with me into my future career as a pediatrician.
