April Perry is the lead principal at Propel Braddock Hills Elementary school who celebrates 21 years of educating urban youth, as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. She has many experiences serving families in the public and private sector as well as nonprofit foundations that focus on youth development, and community partnerships.
